I grew up obsessed with playing sports. Whether it be football, rugby or athletics it didn’t really matter to me as long as I was active. After some unfortunate injury issues however, life took me in a different direction and I left sports and exercise behind.
Fast forward many years and I found myself getting back into exercise, first through recreational running and then later joining a gym. I rediscovered my love for exercise and found I was consistently setting myself new and challenging fitness goals to achieve. Amongst this drive to become better and better, I realised that exercise was not only making me feel stronger and fitter physically, but I was also much happier and more focused mentally.
Realising what exercise had done for me, I felt that I could help others achieve the same benefits, whilst offering the guidance that was missing for me when getting started again. I set about gaining my personal training qualifications and now here I am, ready to help you with your fitness journey.
