Your plan will be tailored around the equipment and facilities you have access to, whether that be from home, a gym, leisure facilities or outdoor activities. This will be determined during your free consultation and a programme will be created with this in mind so you are able to train with ease.

Flexible schedule
Fit your workout around your day. Online training gives you flexibility to complete your scheduled workout for that day in any space or down time you have. This can be very useful to those who find regular workout times hard to pinpoint due to difficult work patterns/family scheduling. However, this added flexibility does require you to have a good level of commitment to ensure the workouts are completed as planned, so you can stay on target.
Online training is a perfectly safe option, as long as the personalised programme, tutorial videos and schedule provided by your trainer are followed responsibly and with the appropriate level of care. You'll always have a point of communication with Steve through the fitness app, but we highly recommend those who are new to exercise, have injuries/conditions that can be aggravated through training, or who simply wish an extra level of assurance, to choose one of our online plans with a weekly review call included. This way you can have regular check ins with Steve via video/phone call allowing him to monitor your progress, suggest alterations to your programme if required and answer any questions you may have. This extra level of support can make a big difference in the success of your training.
You will be invited to a free consultation with Steve, either by phone or video call to discuss:
Your current fitness level, health and injuries.
What you want to achieve (your fitness goals).
The time you realistically have to commit to training.
What facilities you have access to.
Steve will then use this information to create a personalised training programme tailored to your goals. In addition, you will have full access to the fitness app, where you and Steve can keep track of your progress and stay in communication. You will also have access to nutritional guidance which will assist your programme and hopefully improve your results. If you have opted for a plan which includes a 15 minute weekly review call, this will be scheduled with Steve either as a phone or video call. This will provide you the opportunity to ask further questions, get any assistance you may require and receive extra support if you need it.
