Once you decide to take part in 1-2-1 personal training, whether that be as an individual or a group, you will be invited to a free consultation with Steve to discuss:
Your current fitness level, health and injuries.
What you want to achieve (your fitness goals).
The time you realistically have to commit to training.
Steve will take all this information and create a personalised plan tailored to you or your group. Depending on the training package you choose, this will incorporate at least one in person training session with him each week.
These sessions will be 1 hour in length. You will be guided through your workout, being shown how to perform the exercises and use the equipment safely and effectively.
Steve will be on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding your training and remember, no matter how silly you think your question is, always ask. This is how you improve your knowledge and develop your understanding.
Throughout each session he will work with you, monitoring your progress and offering the correct level of encouragement needed to keep you motivated and striving forward towards your goals.
Personal training where the focus is solely on you and what you want to achieve. This is dedicated time where you can truly focus on taking care of your health and wellbeing, whilst being supported every step of the way.
